I received the annual escrow account disclosure statement which included the anticipated annual disbursements. Loan Depot is stating my bills due in the upcoming year are my mortgage insurance XXXX county tax, hazard insurance, and other insurance. I don't know what this " other '' insurance is and why they anticipate me having " other '' insurance. I never bought other insurance. The only insurance I have ever had or plan on having is hazard insurance. Loan Depot is falsely claiming that I bought " other '' insurance in XXXX, which I never did, and it's causing my mortgage to increase. I already placed a complain with CFPB ( company ID XXXX ) about Loan Depot stating my hazard insurance was not hazard. This mistake was fixed on their end and should have not affected my future escrow account, but it looks like it still did. Starting XX/XX/XXXX I am now having to pay extra for " other '' insurance that LD is stating I had. On top of that, the reimbursement check I received for escrow is incorrect because of this " other '' insurance LD is claiming I will have next year.
