My wages was garnished by a company called Security auto loan first back in XXXX I contracted the company on the behalf of the garnishment at that time I was informed that they have no record of me or an account showing I owe a balance. I checked my credit report and disputed the item and the item was removed per company could not provide documentation proving that I am the debt owner. As I check report the the debt is in a different name. I continued to contact company from XXXX in regards to the funds stolen from my wages as I am a single mother of XXXX that can not afford to have a mixup like this. The company provided no help in getting me my funds back. As I contacted my payroll department they informed me that XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX is who I need to speak to. I have never heard of this company I have tried to contact the company but no XXXX they just was trying to get my personal information which also put up a red flag. So now that the item was removed from my report per lack of proof and also never receiving any documentation advising of the garnishment I have tried to contact different agencies to help with the fraud this company is doing. Recently my wages was garnished again by the same company after 4 yrs and I tried to contact security auto loan again but now the company no longer exist I am connected with another company which again I am informed that they have no record of me having an account nor owing any funds. I have requested proof of debt owing from company which does not provide proof of my address only but actual proof of me being the debtor which they could not provide. Security auto loan are no longer on my credit report but I was informed that there is a judgment which is not in my name but attached to my SSN. Security auto loan removed there inquiring in XXXX which is when the garnishment first started but some way XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX is collecting on an account that does not belong to me and refuse to provide proof. I have requested for this to stop per I have never received any legal court documents from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I was only aware of this issue per the garnishment and my payroll department informing me of the company requesting and taking my funds.
