In the first months of the pandemic I lost my job and was unable to make on time payments until I found a new job. I paid my account in full and all my payments have been current since. I was told that no late payments would be reported. That has not been the situation. Please see Exhibits A and B which I have included in my complaint. These payments fall under the protection of the CARES ACT and should be reported as on time payments. The first company is Capital One ( Exhibit A ). The second company is also Capital One but for my Walmart credit card account ( Please see exhibit B ). All the information for my account and the companies reporting the inaccurate information are in the exhibits I have included as well as the months being inaccurately reported.
