Oportun Card offered a pre qualify link to check to see if I was approved for their card. They state on their website this will not be a hard pull and will not have an impact on an applicants credit. They pulled XXXX bureaus that night and ended up issuing a card with a massive annual fee and low limit, even though I had not actually applied for the card. They should have never pulled my credit, based on their own website verbage, and should have never issued me a card without my applying for it. I want the card cancelled and the XXXX inquiries removed.
