I bought a vehicle from XXXX XXXX. Ive bought well over 100 vehicles from them. They had a new person that had put the wrong address on my paperwork. The paperwork was not sent to me in a timely manner for me to set up automatic payment. The dealership also had a Covid out break and nobody was there to help. Ive tried to talk to td finance but to no avail. Ive got documentation from the dealership proving the issue had nothing to do with me and out of my control. Ive spent well over 13 hours trying to talk to td finance to only be transferred around and nothing being resolved.
