ON MY REPORT IT SHOWS XXXX XXXX ANDXX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXXAND XX/XX/2017 AS LATE PAYMENTS THATS ABSURD FIX THIS ISSUE RIGHT XXXX NOW... I HAD A MEDICAL EMERGENCY OF WHICH I CALLED AND EXPLAINED THAT I HAD BEEN THE VICTIM OF A XXXX CRIME THAT PUT ME IN A MEDICAL HARDSHIP IN HOSPITAL ETC AND REP TOLD ME SHE WOULD FREEZE MY PAYMENTS TO GIVE ME TIME TO HEAL NAD GO BACK TO WORK ETC. AND IN ADDITION I DIDNT EVEN MISS ANY PAYMENTS BECAUSE I WAS ABLE TO SEND SOMENE TO POST OFFICE FROM HOSPITAL AND MAILED THE MONEY ... AND MY PAYMENTS WERE IN FACT MAILED NOT PAID VIA ELECTRONICALLY BECAUSE I DID THEEM THRU XXXX AT MY BANK. THESE SHOULD NOT SHOW LATE IT WAS ONTIME AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP MY CREDIT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO ME AND I WORK HARD TO ENSURE THAT MY INFO IS CORRECT AND ONTIME ALL THE TIME. PLEASE REMOVE THESE NEGATIVES AS I AM DILIGIENTLY INVOLVED WIHT MY CREDIT THIS IS ERROR ON YOUR PART AND NOT MINE AND IS RUINNING MY GOALS.
