I've had issues with Sallie Mae, which turned in to issues with Navient. There are so many problems, and I'm not sure if I should make multiple complaints or try to cover them in one. A big one is my ruined credit because they applied my payments to the wrong account. I've tried for years to fix this and they will not. They eventually put the money on the right accounts, but never fixed my credit report. I listened to them whenever I had problems making payments due to whatever was happening in my life. I assumed they knew what they were talking about. I was in and out of forbearance for years. Since XXXX College has closed, I have no access to my credits & employers can not verify my degree. This was a total waste of time & money, that I'll be paying for the rest of my life. This has all but ruined my life. I'm trying to buy a car now & will pay outrageous amounts due to my credit. I'll never be able to buy a house. I know I'm not the only person in this situation, but $ 90k in debt with nothing to show for it really hurts.
