I am conducting this complaint on the SELF credit card. I have tried several times for months to pay my card off, however, the payment always states failed and the transaction never goes though. I have tried to call the customer service number over a course of months and even waited on the phone for 2 hours on hold. Even then I could still could not get into contact with anyone. Finally when I contacted them though email, I received a response. Unfortunately, it did not even help me find a solution. In that instance I asked for a supervisor and the associate stopped contacting me. This card is starting to affect my credit score in a very negative manner and I just want the issue to be solved correctly.
