I sent my mortgage company an email asking them to send me a written explanation of there second escrow bill. They did not want to respond to me by email and told me to call. My issue is I received an escrow bill in XXXX for {$6400.00}. After I had issues with the bank applying my escrow payment I made a complaint here with you. Finally mid XXXX I got my escrow lowered. However, XXXX sent me anew escrow shortage bill and it does not add up to what they initially sent in XXXX. To explain I sent a shortage payment in XXXX of XXXX but was charged the full XXXX Mortgage payment in XXXX which covered the escrow shortage of XXXX which equaled a total payment to my escrow of {$6300.00} leaving a balance of XXXX. With that said the bank sent me a new escrow shortage bill of XXXX. Not only did they increase the shortage but the statement shows an increase from the initial statement in XXXX for the escrow/ impound. The first statement show the escrow/impound at XXXX and now on the new statement it shows it at XXXX. I dont understand why the numbers changed and now Im paying more then was stated in XXXX.
