Had a car loan taken in my name when I was Married Car was going to be her responsibility when we went to court later found car had been repo. Back in 2016 Ive asked for it to be taken off my report. Plus with the age it should be anyways. And there marking missed payments even tho its been since 2016 since payments been made and since XXXX when I bought it. Never got papers from this company to saying I could buy it back and thats against the law never got papers showing what the car actually sold for to and thats against the law. It needs to be removed from my report. Plus the missed payments needs to be removed from being on there every month
