On XX/XX/22, they confirmed that the same rate was available, and committed on email to waving of origination fee and finally providing at least {$2000.00} worth of lender credits. Based on above commitment, I authorized a hard inquiry and wanted to lock the rates. They made me wait and did not send a loan estimate on XXXX despite multiple follow ups. On the morning of XX/XX/22, I was informed that loan costs have increased and I would have to pay approximately {$4000.00} more towards closing costs of the loan than what was communicated on XX/XX/22.
