I tried logging into my account during work and could not log in. I called into Navy Federal to see what was going on with my account and why I could not log in. I was advised that my account had been compromised online and that there was a mobile deposit made to my checking account which raised the suspicion of the XXXX Department at Navy Federal. I was told I could not bank with Navy Federal again until the issue is resolved which is against the law since I am truly a victim of identity theft. I can not be denied an account that I did not commit fraud on, which again is against the law. I will be getting my lawyer involved if this issue is not resolved. I have been a member with Navy Federal since 2018 and have never committed any fraud or missed any payments/deposited suspicious funds into my checking account. I highly believe my information may have been hacked somehow. I would like this resolved immediately please.
