I am a XXXX XXXX consumer and I have new evidence in regards to my previously filed complaint on XX/XX/2022 Complaint ID : XXXX. I previously stated that ACA has yet to provide me with proof of the alleged obligation, and how ACA used obscene and profane language by stating that I owed an alleged debt. American Credit Acceptance, " ACA '' responded stating, Accordingly, ACA has thoroughly reviewed my complaint and ACA account. Based on ACA review, my complaint is without merit. ACA has provided me with a copy of a consumer credit transaction which appears to be a deceptive form. Therefore, ACA has failed to provide me with the opportunity to validate this alleged debt and is continuously harassing me about this alleged debt. ACA has also used obscene and profane language by saying that, I requested to cease payment reminder calls, although I specifically stated to cease and desist communication through any and ALL mediums. I hereby want to make this clear, you may not mail me about any collection of any alleged debt, you may NOT repossess my vehicle, you may not mail me any notices until you provide me absolute proof that I in fact owe ACA.
