Letters amongst letters were sent out to this company for reporting this to my credit report unknowingly and unwillingly to my knowledge, while also being inaccurate. To my common knowledge I haven't heard anything back from them making me feel as if they are completely disregarding my request. This is bringing upon stress into my life while also financially holding me back. In section 611 ( a ) it states failure to investigate these items within 30 days causes for immediate deletion. It has been well over 60 days and I have received no response. I want these files to be deleted immediately or i will file for litigation.
