I have tried to dispute the inaccuracies on my credit report with XXXX several times and have disputed the information. I receive correspondence saying account for XXXX for example was verified however I never received a copy of a HIPPA letter showing my signature. I have also disputed with XXXX for the inaccuracies and incorrect information on my report showing open on closed accounts which is not under FCRA compliance.
