Consumer Narrative

Target Card Services has reported XX/XX/2022 that I was late {$28.00}. However, I was not notified either by telephone or email that a payment had been missed; resulting in a 30 day late Negative Item on my credit report. I called, wrote and disputed the Negative Item and have since paid the account in full. As a long time cardholder, I have diligently paid this account by or before the payment due date. Your assistance with my dispute is greatly appreciated.
