Unauthorized use of my Credit Report. Im filling a complaint because Ive noticed trans union, XXXX, and XXXX are reporting false and misleading information on my credit report. Ive sent in dispute letters which are attached below, they contain multiple violations and Im just wondering how XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion are able to obtain, furnish, and report completely false and inaccurate information on consumers report. Especially without the consent of that consumer. This is completely against the law, their violating my rights as a consumer. No Im no attorney or anything but I know my rights. We the consumer must ensure the reporting agencies abide by the law, and hold them accountable of their responsibilities in maintaining 100 percent accurate information and fairness for the right to consumer privacy. the accounts listed in the letters below must be deleted promptly.
