I submitted a complaint to Experian on XX/XX/2022 pertaining to a issue about inaccurate balances reporting on my consumer report. They responded on XX/XX/2022. They stated that they started a reinvestigation and started to contact the furnishers. I want to stress that they have to conduct their own investigation and not just wait on the furnishers to reply. They also claimed that the other balance I disputed is not on my consumer report. The two balances I disputed were with XXXX Bank and XXXX Bank. The balance with XXXX Bank is in fact on my consumer report.
