On XXXX XXXX I received a letter from the presidential office of XXXX XXXX XXXX about the XXXX XXXX XXXX card being reported on my credit report and was informed that could not find any application or account in my name. This account is fraudulent and needs to be removed asap. I am unaware where XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX is getting my information from if XXXX XXXX XXXX said they have no such information in their system. This is identity theft pursuant to 15 USC 1681a ( a ) ( 3 ). I never authorized XXXX XXXX to use or transfer my identification to any company. This is defamation of character to report negative inaccurate information about a consumer. I tracked my certified letters to the reporting agencies, and they failed to respond or open an investigation. This is not a request to reinvestigate but a demand to remove tradeline due to failure of proper investigation into inaccurate information being reported. I DID YOUR JOB BETTER THAN YOU DELETE THE TRADELINE
