I received an email last year approximately in XX/XX/2021 from XXXX stating I am eligible for an upgrade on my XXXX since I paid over half the total cost of the XXXX. So just to give some background to my complaint ; I used a company called Affirm to finance a XXXX XXXX. Once I got the email regarding upgrading my XXXX XXXX to another XXXX. I took of advantage of the upgrade. So I receive a email with all the shipping/labeling instructions. I shipped the XXXX XXXX back and got a confirmation email from a company called XXXX that the phone was received and evaluated. Unfortunately, after the 30 days passed before the balance was paid off. I am still receiving emails and text messages from Affirm requesting payment toward the XXXX XXXX that had been shipped and received in XX/XX/2021.
