I used the credit platform affirm to purchase a bed I then Paid off the full debt however The bed did not work out and I returned it they gave me a full refund. I returned back to the firm however They said they attempted to place the money back in my account and I never had any transaction doing an attempt They also never contacted me to let me know that there was a refund and so there was no additional attempt when they could not put it in my checking when I realized it close to a month later they were making no attempts to send me the funds I had to speak to several managers and have been disputing with the company to get the money back for two months and they still have not returned my funds they send me emails telling me that it will arrive however its been two months and still no refund on the funds They are a scam and they do not refund money if the stores that you purchase from refund the money to you
