Hi thank you for the opportunity to present the serious errors on my credit file and back and forth issues I am having with the credit bureaus. I have accounts that do not belong to me on my credit report. I also have accounts statuses listed as late on accounts that have always been current. I have even sent in letters from the companies to the bureaus to show proof and this is STILL not corrected. The power the bureaus have over the people is unconstitutional and not aligned with the consumer laws. In Title 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) ( b ) Furnishing A Consumer Report Without The Consent Of The Consumer the bureaus are to get full consent from me to do anything with my file. Here I am having to file complaints and court proceeding just to make them correct what needs to be corrected. The accounts XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX do not belong on my credit report.
