I have new and updated information regarding a complaint that I previously made. I sent CREDIT ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION a cease and desist and it was received on there end on XX/XX/22. I also followed up with an affidavit of truth on XX/XX/22 and it has yet to be rebutted line from line which stands TRUTH by law. I recently received another statement on XX/XX/22 from credit acceptance after I demanded to cease and desist which is a violation. I did not give consent for credit acceptance to contact me which is causing me personal damages. My initial letter for request of validation was sent and received by credit acceptance on XX/XX/XXXX, and there response was beyond the 30days that was given which has prolonged this. I am the original creditor which puts there company in federal violations.
