I have been battling with TransUnion since last year because of their unlawful and unauthorized reporting. To this date, they have not solved the issues and continue reporting derogative information that is causing me harm, stopping me from receiving any further credit extensions, and higher interests. My last communication with TransUnion was on XX/XX/XXXX, where once again ( previously submitted more disputes ) I submitted my disputes along with an identity theft report, proper identification, proof of current place of abode, and my statement regarding the issues to be addressed. Pursuant to XXXX XXXX XXXX they had to block the information being disputed and correctly identified on the XXXX report in XXXX days. Today is XX/XX/XXXX and said information is STILL being reported. I filed several complaints and instead, they have DELETED my disputes from their system ( or at least from my side that I can see ) they have BLOCKED my ability to retrieve my report from their website and from the annual credit report website. I have submitted complaint # XXXX which is still open and they have not solved the issues. They continue reporting a hard inquiry from XXXX made on XX/XX/XXXX which had no permissible purpose and WAS INCLUDED in my XXXX identity theft report. BY LAW, XXXX WAS TO BLOCK SAID INFORMATION WITHIN XXXX DAYS OF RECEIPT. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED, THEY ARE IN VIOLATION
