ON XX/XX/XXXX I RECIEVED MY INVESTIGATION RESULTS VERIFYING THAT THE FOLLOW INFORMATION IS ACCURATE AND FAIR. REPORTING AGENCIES FAIL TO SEND THE INVESTIGATED REPORT WITHIN 15 DAYS VIOLATING THE FCRA. XXXX VIOLATED MY PRIVACY BY SELLING MY INFORMATION TO XXXX XXXX XXXX IN XXXX OF 2019. CLEARLY AND CONSPICOUSLY ON MY CREDIT REPORT IS A CLOSED ACCOUNT STATING THE INFORMATION WAS TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PARTY WHICH IS XXXX XXXX XXXX. I NEVER AUTHORIZED SUCH TRANSACTION TO TAKE PLACE AND SHOULD BE EXCLUDED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT. THE TRANSFER OF MY INFORMATION IN REGARD TO THE SSN IS IDENTITY THEFT. XXXX XXXX XXXX ACCOUNT IS LISTED AS A DEBT BUYER. JUST BECAUSE XXXX XXXX XXXX BOUGHT THE DEBT IT DOES NOT MAKE ME LIABLE FOR THE ALLEGED DEBT OBLIGATION. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR ANOTHER INVESTIGATION THIS IS A DEMAND FOR DELETION OF THE FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT. FURTHEMORE IF REPORTING AGENCIES COULD NOT PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION SUCH AS CONTRACT OF OBLIGATION TO PAY ALLEGED DEBT AND MY AUTHORIZATION TO REPORT AND SHARE SUCH INFORMATION IT SHOULD BE DELETED ASAP!
