After being denied credit, I pulled my report and noticed several loans I did not obtain. TWO loans in particular are student loans from the federal government that has been removed from my credit report on many other occasions. These accounts were removed in XXXX, twice in XXXX, XXXX, and three times in XXXX. Since XXXX I have supplied the bureau with countless police reports ( 4 to be exact ), 4 ftc reports, 2 different signed affidavits etc. however this bureau is seemly the only bureau who keep allowing, not only the reinsertion of these two loans but keep claiming to have validated them but will not inform me on who it validated, who validated and by which method. these loans were taking out during the same time frame, obtained online and used my old address. I contacted the credit bureaus and was told to obtain ANOTHER police report, get ANOTHER signed affidavit of identity theft and report the accounts to the federal trade commission AGAIN. Per the bureaus request I did all of these things and sent them a packet certified mail with the information. the bureaus are now telling me I am not an identity theft victim but placed an identity theft notification on my report. AGAIN, these loans are federal loans that previously reported and REMOVED under XXXX, DEPT OF EDUCATIONXXXXXXXX AND IS NOW REPORTING AS DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION/XXXX AND OR JUST XXXX AND/OR XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX literally every few years the name changes but they are the same fraud loans.
