Went into forbearance on time with Dovenmuehl Mortgage, made 5 payments during forbearance. Deferral was done incorrectly on XX/XX/22, putting account into late status right away even though I made payments every month starting 2 months before deferal was finally done after asking for 2 months. They are refusing to correct the deferment so the account shows on time the past 5 months, and owe 3 payments they have not credited me ( {$6300.00} ). 2 were refunded.
