My credit card was issued by XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX it was sold or transferred to Westlake Portfolio Management in XX/XX/XXXX, due to XXXX going out of business. My monthly payments were always {$35.00} due on the 1st of each month. I made my first payment on XX/XX/XXXX with a customer service representative. When XXXX & XXXX came my payment was considered 3 & 9 days late and I was charged a late fee which I paid. My XXXX payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX via the mobile app but my payment posted on XX/XX/XXXX and I was charged yet another late fee. On XX/XX/XXXX I called and spoke with a customer service representative named XXXX, I had previously spoken to 2 other reps but the calls were disconnected both times. XXXX said that my payment was considered late because their system doesn't post the payment until 24 hours later, I told XXXX that I have never made a payment on the due date and it be considered late. XXXX said she would put a request in to have the fees reversed and it could take 24-48 hours she said to call back and verify that it was reversed XXXX also processed my XXXX payment for {$45.00}. I checked the mobile app on XXXX and noticed that I was charged another fee of of {$9.00} for an unknown reason. I checked again on XXXX and was charged yet another fee of {$9.00} bringing my total due to {$19.00}. I called on XXXX and spoke with 5 different reps of those 5 I was disconnected 4 times by the rep when they were suppose to transfer me to their " credit card department '' the 5th time I called I spoke with XXXX who said that they did not have a credit card department he then transferred my call to XXXX XXXX, XXXX looked into the account and said that the fees were justified because my payments were considered late. She said she would request a call back from a department who can handle my account. The contract details say that the amount financed is {$650.00} with a 0 % APR and a monthly payment of {$45.00}, the contract states it ends on XX/XX/XXXX, this is all incorrect I am being charged interest and it is not been disclosed to me with those amount I would end up paying {$1400.00}. I sent an email to XXXX expressing my issues about my account I received a response that said I needed to speak with a rep, unfortunately their reps just like to disconnect the calls and can't help with my account. When looking at my statements I am being charged interest but the balance amounts do not match.
