Wells Fargo Bank XXXX. opened a fraudulent checking account in my name. XXXX unlawfully sent via XXXX XXXX Mail falsified checking accounts statements for XXXX MONTHS : XXXX, XXXX and XX/XX/2021 to my home address. Wells Fargo is aware of their intentional fraud, corruption and ongoing illegal behavior against the victim. See XXXX XXXX XXXX states : Line XXXX ) The " Deposit Account Agreement '' was opened XXXX XXXX effective XXXX XXXX. Line XXXX ) All aspects of agreement remain the same and update language will control XXXX XXXX ) redirect payments to another account. This is the XXXX time Wells Fargo has falsified my name on bank account documents, fraudulent assignments and its still ongoing. I reach out to CFPB and its the same XXXX letters from Wells Fargo saying nothing. Will you enforce the PATRIOT ACT? In closing, I am a victim of many unlawful violations of Consumer Protection, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Federal Laws and Privacy Laws and a senior abuse.
