Caine & Weiner did not respond to my verification request within thirty days. I challenged the Caine & Weiner to provide proof that we have a contract for any services rendered or compensation which gives the debt collector the right to do. If Caine & Weiner cant provide such proof, the companys acts are considered false and misleading pursuant to 15 Usc 1692e ( 2 ) ( B ). According to 15 USC 1692j ( a ), It is unlawful to design, compile, and furnish any form knowing that such form would be used to create the false belief in a consumer that a person other than the creditor of such consumer is participating in the collection of or in an attempt to collect a debt such consumer allegedly owes such creditor, when in fact such person is not so participating. Didnt Caine and Weiner purchase this debt or was it referred? 15 USC 1692e ( 6 ) ( B ) states that the false representation or implication that a sale, referral, or other transfer of any interest in a debt shall not cause, I, the consumer to be subject to part of the FDCPA. I challenge you to prove that you not violating the FDCPA under penalty of perjury. I have sent a cease and desist letter and demand you to cease all forms of communication immediately pursuant to 15 USC 1692c ( c ). Again, communication is the conveying information to person directly or indirectly through any medium. You are reporting an alleged debt ( conveyed information ) to a person ( consumer reporting agencies through a medium ( consumer report ) medium.
