I had insurance with XXXX XXXX in 2021. I was involved in an accident in XX/XX/2021, and submitted a claim to XXXX XXXX. After having horrible issues with the claims process, I CANCELLED my policy with XXXX XXXX effective XX/XX/XXXX. I switched my insurance to XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX DOES NOT allow you to adjust your policy online. I called XXXX times and spoke to a person EACH time and cancelled my policy. Yet, XXXX XXXX continued to keep insurance on XXXX of my vehicles ( the one that was in an accident ), even though I cancelled it XXXX times. Now, Credit Collection Services is attempting to collect on this alleged, disputed account when I DO NOT OWE XXXX XXXX a dime. They have placed it on my credit report, which has dropped my score over 60 points, and I have PERFECT credit. I am in the middle of a refinance on my home, and this is preventing me from closing.
