I have tried on multiple occasions to obtain investigation documentation that verifies the validity of the XXXX charged off accounts that are being reported by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have screen shots that show how the accounts list multiple different dates for " date of last payment '' and now today, as a result of a dispute I conducted with XXXX - XXXX charge off is showing XXXX days past due XXXX times when it used to list XXXX. This has dropped my credit score XXXX points. Aside from that fact that this seems like retaliation, if that information was factual it should have been included in the reporting when the account was charged off over XXXX years ago. Both of these accounts should be removed from all three credit bureaus or XXXX XXXX needs to send their investigation results/verification of the debt directly to me. This company is a predatory lender and can not just send template responses to what is a simple request- where is the proof that this debt belongs to me and why are there multiple reporting discrepancies across the XXXX bureaus?
