I am filing a complaint against procollect Incorporated collection agency that is reporting false information on my credit report and I have a paid in full letter from them and they say that I still owe them money and this was supposed to be removed off my credit report and its been pass seven yrs an they still have this on my credit report and keep updating, like I still owe them. This was supposed to have been removed and they keep calling me harassing me about payment. I have to hem to stop calling me I have a proof of letter from them and It was XXXX XXXX XXXX who hired this company to collect a debt the letter states I have XXXX debt with them but they still putting false information on my credit report and pulling my credit score down.
