I recently received my consumers reporting file and noticed multiple tradelines that stem from identity theft. I reported all information to the Police department and contacted XXXX, Experian, and XXXX upon me sending all the proper paperwork ( identity theft affidavit, copy of the police report, Identification and Social security card ) this 3 consumer reporting agencies refused to follow the law set forth by congress. They continue to report these inaccurate fraudulent accounts on my personal consumer report without proper verification which is a direct violation
