Been sending XXXX a week since the account first opened and they been applying credit for the last 10 weeks they been keeping my money without applying to the payment or principle not even towards interest. Got a call this morning that i need to pay my mortgage is late 2 month and they advised they received payment but never applied neither sent back to me. After 4 hours on the phone still cant get to accurate numbers and proper help they say they need 16 to 20 days to research
