The lease contract does not specifically prohibit this ( signed XX/XX/XXXX ) and BMW FS implemented this policy in XXXX of XXXX, in order to force the lease holder to turn their vehicle in to BMW, so that BMW may benefit and profit from equity in the vehicle due to the tight auto market.
