I have been dealing with this collection for over 2 years. 2018 I lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX fl XXXX I had XXXX XXXX XXXX internet service at this address. Upon moving to a new address I cancelled services with XXXX XXXX XXXX never missing a payment with them in its entirety. I returned the equipment to a XXXX store. Like any company requires. I dropped off the box and wiring. And the XXXX guy said thank you have a nice day. I said I didnt need a receipt. WHAT A MISTAKE!! 2 months later I received a notification that my account balance was {$290.00}. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX IMMEDIATELY yelling at them telling them how I absolutely returned my equipment and obviously someone from their company did not do their job correctly. And I need this collection to be dismissed I was speaking to the manager on top of all of this! And they told me no problem sir, I will take care of this for you, I apologize. You dont need to talk to me like that, have a nice day Than I start reviewing letters from radius global solutions in regards to make an attempted debt collection on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX! So of course I contacted radius MULTIPLE times telling them the same scenario of what happened. But of course they could care less what I say Im just one person. They dont care what Im saying just want me to pay nothing they can do. For months I stopped reviewing mailed letters so I actually assumed they finally stopped and took away the collection. Until recently I started recieving them AGAIN!! only now Much worse. Because they have actually marked it on my credit report and is an official debt on my credit which has impacted my credit score ALOT!! I can not believe 2 years later Im still dealing with this issue all because someone didnt do their job correctly. Now Im paying the price for everything. I need this collection once and for all removed from my credit report. And removed all together with a RECEIPT and proof that it is done. I absolutely will not pay this nonsense. I only had 1 internet box with wiring, nothing else. Absolutely returned it and now Im getting XXXX
