I am on a automated payment plan for {$62.00} with Best Egg for the XXXX of every month started XX/XX/XXXX. Best Egg continuously reported to the credit bureaus that I was late from XXXX XXXX XXXX. Best Egg received on time payment of {$62.00} every month on the XXXX drafted out of my bank account. When I called them for the 3rd time to ask for an explanation, no one could explain the 1st nor 2nd times. The 3rd time Best Egg stated they did not see what I saw on my credit report. But they had to report it. Every time they report this my score goes down. This is incorrect information. Even when disputing this Best Egg still stated I was late and even added XX/XX/XXXX.
