I have attempted to correct this reporting via the fair credit reporting act and contact with the creditor. XXXX XXXX responded that they had sold the account to XXXX and were no longer reporting it. A recent home loan inquiry still reports this account with a delinquent balance. I have included the notices I received from XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX verifying the debt and payment. I would like this account deleted from my credit history.
