I am sorry that " XXXX from Caliber 's '' diligence resulted in ASSUMING that when XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX tax office supervisor verified that we owe {$15.00} you recorded it as {$1500.00}. I have called ENDLESSLY for resolve. Stop taking escrow money that is NOT due. We owe {$28.00} per HALF in XXXX taxes. You have literally be REFUNDED TWICE for overages paid in this EXACT AMOUNT.
