I opened multiple disputes with Experian against XXXX XXXX ( I already have a pending claim against them ). The most recent was on or around XX/XX/2022, XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX of 2022. Experian has completed them within a very very short period of time. 48 hours or less. The most recent in less than 24 hrs. The most recent dispute had an attached Affidavit UNDER PENALTY AND PERJURY which requires a reply Affidavit UNDER PENALTY AND PERJURY from the disputed party. Experian has been sending results to me siding with XXXX XXXX each time without, I believe, looking into any of the information I have provided. When an Affidavit is attached to a dispute UNDER PENALTY AND PERJURY, you don't sneeze at that and just stick with the same result by siding with the disputed party. This requires deeper examination. I am willing to submit a SWORN TESTIMONY, make them swear too! I feel Experian is being biased in their determination of deciding to always keep the result the same. XXXX XXXX 's alleged debt being " valid ''. This is not correct. The debt is bogus and is not my responsibility. It never was as I stated in my claim against XXXX XXXX. They dropped the ball on billing my insurance in a timely manner and lost the opportunity to be paid. Now they want to hound me to recoup their losses during a pandemic no less. Experian is playing the role of Devil 's Advocate and allowing them to continue this madness. I believe Experian never looked at my supporting documentation. I just resubmitted the dispute again, with the Affidavit and it is already being looked at. If the results come back today or tomorrow, I will have proven my point. I think they are tired of me submitting, but I will not stop until this debt is removed from my report because I do not owe it. I have reached out to XXXX XXXX numerous times and asked them to send me a document, a wet-inked signature contract, a breakdown of this alleged debt, and how they believe I came to be responsible. To this day, I have never received anything, regardless of what they say. I have NEVER received that breakdown or document or contract. Just a random bill saying I owed {$2400.00} for medical services... Ridiculous. I want Experian investigated for negligence. Their integrity has been called into question by millions of Americans about the shady things they do when it comes to their credit scores and reports. They should not have this much power over so many people. Credit should not have this much power over people. It is disgusting. It destroys people. People take advantage. Experian is terrible and needs to be thoroughly investigated unannounced. Just show up and start auditing them. They have to be violating Federal Laws. This just can not be legal. I am sure you'll be surprised at what you'll find.
