Consumer Narrative

my account is overdrawn because they paid a charge to XXXX when I did not have overdraft. Why did they do this? I called the customer service line was on hold for over 30 minutes when I spoke to someone who was of no help. I send email to PNC and received a call from someone who said they will keep an eye on the account and call me back - I never received a call back. The charged had dropped off my account and magically reappeared not sure why.
