My forbearance was set to expire XX/XX/2021, and I paid off the balance of the forbearance as well as the entire mortgage balance on XX/XX/2021. Per XXXX of the representatives named XXXX at XXXX XXXX, he confirmed that when they received the payoff funds that they terminated my forbearance, which is the reason for the XXXX XXXX XXXX on my credit report. The account should have had no late payments per the forbearance agreement and CARES ACT.
