I was in forbearance plan in accordance with the federally mandated CARES ACT ( Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act ). My forbearance was set to expire XX/XX/2021, and I paid off the balance of the forbearance as well as the entire mortgage balance on XX/XX/2021. Per one of the representatives named XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX, he confirmed that when they received the payoff funds that they terminated my forbearance, which is the reason for the 150+ Day Delinquency on my credit report. The account should have had no late payments per the forbearance agreement and CARES ACT.
