Any deposits over {$500.00} are either my pay from XXXX non-recurring money we have borrowed from family to help us get by due to the baby and medical bills. You keep asking us for the same documents we have sent and re-sent and re-sent again. You ( Cardinal Financial ) told us that if my mom, XXXX XXXX, quit-claimed off of title she didnt have to sign anything or supply any documents, yet you just sent me a letter dated today asking me for all of my moms documents. It was not small task to get her removed from title during a pandemic with a XXXX XXXX ( XXXX hours away, each way ) and you were the ones that told us to do it so she would not have to be involved. She does not live with us. She does not pay our mortgage, she co-signed with my now-deceased father to help us buy the house. The ONLY source of income is from my job at XXXX. I implore you to please review the documents and if you need anything FURTHER than the attached, we will supply it to you in short order. We have sent you EVERYTHING YOU HAVE REQUESTED MULTIPLE TIMES. PLEASE ASSIGN SOMEONE NEW TO OUR FILE SO IT MAY BE REVIEWED IN A TIMELY MANNER. Thank you, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX
