XX/XX/2022 I said agent to XXXX XXXX, filed a complaint for the reason being that a cease and desist was sent on 3 different occasions, and WELLS FARGO AUTO disregarded the notice. They threathened me verbally, and in written communication form title 15 usc 1692 c ( c ). The letter stated they would try to reposses if they didnt receive a payment. They have indeed received a 1099A, 1099OID, 1096, 1040, 1040V and a money order with the outstanding principals balance. As they were the borrower and i was the lender who opened up the account with my cestu que trust by my private account number. Banks cant give credit nor any loans according to title 12 Us 1431. If they dont respond to the payment, nor did they send the payment back if they dishonored the 1099A and money order, UCC 3- 603. The payment has been tendered without recourse. A 1099 C cancelation of debt has been to the CEO of wells fargo also along with form 56. They received the forms on XX/XX/2022. Within 10 days they have to respond with a confirmation they recieved full principals balance, as i gave authorization to send written notice ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF SAID DOCUMENTS received.
