XXXX XXXX has ruined my credit by not properly crediting my account XXXX. I have receipts where I've made cash payments inside the branch and my payments are still not being credited to my account. XXXX continues to charge me for late payments even when I'm not late. XXXX XXXX has reported me XXXX times late starting in XX/XX/2021, XXXX kept advising me that my over-the-phone payments failed. when in fact my bank advised me that there was no attempt to withdraw funds from my bank account.from chase bank. Please see attached letter. I said I'll correct the problem by going inside the branch and making cash payments. XXXX has not been crediting my cash payments and has still been charging me late fees. Please see the attached cash payments made inside the branch for XXXX and XXXX but the remaining balance never change my XXXX NOR XXXX payment was never updated. XXXX is also violating my consumer 's care act rights Sec.4021 & NCLC 'S Fair credit reporting rights. I proved I was affected by covied19 and needed chase to assist me with payment arrangements on my account, during that time my account was current. The cares act Sec 402 states if a lender finds a consumer is affected by covied19 and they assist their customer with financial help and the consumer is not behind prior to covid19 that lender can't report that consumer account late to the credit reporting agency ; s.and can't charge late fees. XXXX has been charging me late fees even when I'm on time with my payments.
