This debt was awarded to my ex-husband, XXXX XXXX, in XXXX of 2021. I provided the company and the collection agency with the divorce paperwork asking t Them to remove it from my credit. No response from either company. In XX/XX/2021, I contracted with a credit repair agency to get this taken care of. They have sent multiple letters to avant and absolute resolution, the collection agency on my credit report, with no response and they have not removed it from my credit. I do not know what to do to get these people to take this off of my credit. I have sent them legal documents, the XXXX XXXX XXXX has sent them multiple legal documents, and they are doing nothing that late they are legally obligated to do.
