The XXXX XXXX XXXX account # XXXX is fraudulent and is not mine. By law as a consumer, they can not report this to my report without my consent under 15 USC section 1681b yet you keep reporting this information on my report. I have been trying to dispute this information off my report for over 6 months which is a violation as well under 15 USC 1681B-2 as they failed to notate this account as under dispute. This account is false and misleading and is hurting my reputation and holding me back from applying for things. It's sad that even though I have the say of what goes on my credit report or not as the original creditor/obligor, these bureaus still continue report fraudulent items as if they own my personal information. This will be my final attempt to resolve this issue. If this issue is not resolved within 15 days of this complaint being received, I will be more than glad to seek monetary compensation for the mental harassment, abuse and trauma you have committed under 15 USC 1692d.
