On XX/XX/2022 at approximately XXXX I received a notice from HR stating wages were going to be garnished. I received a WG-006 Claim of Exemption to file with the court. I contact the plaintiff office XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I advised them that the debt was not mine. I am a victim of ID theft and I never lived/rented/tenant in XXXX XXXX XXXX where the allegedly tenant using my information rented a dwelling and not paid rent. The attorneys office asked for last 4 of DL and they concluded that it was not the ID they had and might be a fraud case. My wages are going to be garnished because of this case of mistaken identity and need it resolved as soon as possible. CASE XXXX I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX.
